It helps to have Windows 11 as the snipping tool has a very good text extractor.

  1. Go to sitechecker.pro

  2. Make a free trial.

  3. Enter website that you want to extract URLs from.

  4. Go to “Site Audit” on the left toolbar (highlighted here)

    Untitled

  5. Choose “Indexable pages” and “View all pages”

    Untitled

  6. Go to notion and make a page where you will paste every URL you copy. (I used notion because it automatically formatted the links close to the way I wanted them - it removed most/all of the URL line breaks. You may use a Google doc or whatever works)

  7. Open Snipping Tool (again, Windows 11 is what I used)

  8. Go through the list 10 links at a time and take a screenshot of the links. Nothing else.

  9. After each screenshot, click on “Text actions”.

    Untitled

  10. Wait for these 2 buttons to load, then click on “Copy all text”

    Untitled

  11. Paste your links in the notion page you created

    Untitled

  12. Keep doing this until you go through all the links (should take you 3-5 minutes tops).

  13. Copy the entire notion document to a Google docs file.

  14. You will notice “Q” after every link. It’s there because the text extractor confuses the “search” symbol.

    1. If it’s a small website, you can just remove these manually.
    2. If it’s a big website and the links are bigger and crazier, then you might want to use make.com to clean these links up.
  15. Go to make.com

  16. Make a scenario.

  17. Choose the “Google Docs” module.

  18. Choose “Replace a text in a document”

    Untitled

  19. Choose the folder and file from your Drive.
